The service and your account
Scavi helps you save, process, organize and search content through its web application and connected channels. Keep your account credentials secure and only connect accounts you are entitled to use. You are responsible for content you submit and for complying with third-party platform rules.
Do not use Scavi for unlawful content, infringement, unauthorized access, impersonation or attempts to disrupt the service. We may restrict abusive activity and investigate security incidents.
Your content and automated processing
You retain your rights in content you submit. You authorize the processing and storage needed to provide Scavi, including transcription, summaries, tags and search. Submit only content you have the right to process.
Automated outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. Check original sources before relying on them. Availability of content from third-party platforms depends on those platforms and may change.
Subscriptions
Scavi Pro costs USD 5.99 per month or USD 49 per year and includes 300 saves per calendar month. Unused monthly allowance does not roll over. Additional processing-minute allowances are not advertised as part of this plan.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically. The billing interval, taxes and total are displayed at checkout before you confirm a purchase. Polar acts as Merchant of Record for purchases; its checkout terms also apply.
Manage billing and cancel renewal through the subscription portal linked from Scavi settings. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid term. Existing saved content is not deleted solely because Pro ends; new saves are subject to the applicable free-plan limit.
Refunds and consumer rights
You may request a refund within seven days after a subscription charge, including a renewal charge, by emailing hello@scavi.app. See the Refund Policy for the process. Canceling renewal alone does not submit a refund request.
These terms do not exclude or restrict rights or remedies that applicable consumer law makes mandatory. Changes to these terms will be made available on this page; material subscription changes will be communicated before they apply.
Service availability and contact
Scavi is evolving and availability may be interrupted for maintenance, technical failures or third-party outages. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of automated outputs. This does not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
